Who Can Trade Carbon?
In theory anybody can trade carbon. In reality you would wish to trade carbon only if:
- You are regulated by a 'Cap and Trade' Scheme
- You have made Carbon Emissions Reduction Statements about your organisation
- You are targeted to make Carbon Emissions Reductions.
